Next Wave Learning is pleased to offer offline access to our training courses—perfect for cruise ship workers and others with limited or intermittent internet connectivity.

To get started, please follow these steps:

  1. Purchase the Course Online
    Begin by purchasing your desired course and creating an account while you have internet access.

  2. Download the Moodle App
    Once your account is set up, visit your device’s app store and download the Moodle app. Log into your account through the app to download the course directly to your smartphone, iPad, or tablet.

  3. Access Your Course Offline
    After downloading, you can access the course at any time—even without an internet connection—by logging into your account on the Moodle app.

To log into the app, you will need:

  • Website URL

  • Username

  • Password

Your course progress will automatically sync the next time you connect to the internet. Upon completion of the course and reconnection, your certificate of completion will be issued.
